History of QHL

Quality Hydraulics Limited was established in 1999, by a team of local businessmen, as an offshoot to an existing business already well established in the hydraulics industry.

The original purpose of the business was as a distributor for Kawasaki Precision Machinery to promote and sell Kawasaki pumps and Staffa motors and their genuine spare parts.

By 2003 the company had grown such that it required new premises to accommodate the increased levels of stock available to ship immediately to satisfy the needs of the expanding customer base.

In 2015 the company was acquired by the family of one of the previous directors, Mr Alan Dixon, to become a wholly family owned business.  This has given the opportunity for new investment and the chance to diversify into new markets looking to a future of continued growth and prosperity for the company and better positioned to service the needs of our valued customers.
